Specialty1 Partners is a specialist-founded, specialist-led, and specialist-supported dental service organization that provides operational, financial, and administrative support to dental specialty practices. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Specialty1 operates over 225 practices across 28 states, supporting more than 350 specialists. Our mission is to provide excellent support to our practices, so they can provide excellent care to their patients. 

Specialty1 Partners was born from the need to support specialty practices while preserving clinical autonomy. Our founders, all practicing specialists, recognized that traditional dental service organizations (DSOs) did not cater specifically to the needs of specialists. In 2019, Endo1 Partners was created to support endodontic practices. Following the success of this model, Specialty1 Partners was formed in 2021, expanding our focus to also include oral surgery and periodontics.

Specialty1 Partners provides services that cover every aspect of practice management, allowing our partners to maintain their clinical autonomy while we handle administrative tasks. Our suite of services includes human resources, payroll, marketing, information technology, compliance, legal support, and talent acquisition. Through this robust support network, we help practices grow and thrive without the burden of day-to-day management challenges.
